Nexio AI provides a suite of AI-powered Chrome extensions that integrate Claude AI capabilities into websites, applications, and workflows. Extensions are available in two tiers:
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs). Lemon Squeezy handles VAT/GST collection where applicable.

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service depends on third-party infrastructure (Anthropic API, Railway, Cloudflare). Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.
All Nexio AI extension code, branding, and website content are owned by Nexio Labs. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your use case. Always review AI output before acting on it.
Nexio Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email for Pro subscribers.
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.
