We want you to be satisfied with Nexio AI Pro. If you are not happy with your subscription, we offer a straightforward refund process.
If you subscribe to Nexio AI Pro and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt). We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Monthly renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you did not intend to renew, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your Lemon Squeezy customer portal — the link is included in every receipt email.
If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
The free tier (bring your own API key) has no charges from Nexio Labs. API costs are billed directly by Anthropic and are not subject to our refund policy.
To cancel your subscription and avoid future charges:
After cancellation, your Pro access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
